Save Your Brain: Do the Dozen Today for a Healthy Brain Tomorrow

This is a past event.

A healthy brain is critical for living a longer and fuller life. Once dementia-related cognitive decline begins, there is little that can be done to reverse it. Join us for the Save Your Brain: Do the Dozen Today for a Healthy Brain Tomorrow webinar. UAB distinguished brain expert, Dr. Ronald Lazar, will explore modifying lifestyle behaviors, habits and conditions that impact your brain as early as adolescence and what you can do in your younger years to benefit your brain's future health.

Ronald M. Lazar, Ph.D., FAHA, FAAN, is a UAB professor and Evelyn F. McKnight Endowed Chairman for Learning and Memory in Aging. He is also Director of UAB's McKnight Brain Institute and Director of UAB's Division of Neuropsychology.
