Ronald McDonald House Collection Drive

This is a past event.

The Graduate School will host its fourth annual Ronald McDonald House Collection Drive during the month of January. The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that provides a supportive “home-away-from-home” for families and their children who are receiving medical treatment at Children’s of Alabama, UAB, or other area hospitals. The House provides guest families with all the comforts of home – plus, a local support network – so they can focus on their children’s healing.

Items can be purchased off our Amazon wish list; these items will ship to the UAB Graduate School office. Items may also be purchased and dropped off at the Graduate School Office.

Items include: paper plates, pots and pans, pillows, box fans, disposable masks, 9-volt batteries, AA batteries, sponges, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, 55-gallon garbage bags, Clorox wipes, juice boxes, and individually wrapped snacks.

All donations must be new; no used items.
