Negative self-talk can fuel stress and lead to overwhelming thought spirals. This session introduces simple journaling techniques to help you recognize and interrupt those patterns. You'll learn how to shift your inner dialogue, gain perspective, and use writing as a tool for mental clarity and emotional balance. 

Learning Outcomes
1) Identify patterns of negative self-talk and thought spirals through journaling.
2) Apply re-journaling techniques to re-frame self-critical thoughts and promote mental clarity.
