Retirement Planning Today

This is a past event.

Rising inflation, changes to tax laws, and uncertainty about Social Security have all made it clear - your financial future requires a sound strategy.  Fortunately, there are steps you can take to put yourself more in control.  If you're in retirement or considering retirement in the next five to fifteen years, this course will help you understand ways to continue to build and preserve your wealth and align your money with your values and goals.  This event will meet twice on February 1st & February 8th.

You'll learn:

  • Life planning for Retirement:  Understanding the process.
  • Retirement Needs and Expenses:  Can you retire today?
  • Retirement Roadblocks and Mistakes:  Including ten retirement planning mistakes and eleven strategies to save money on taxes.
  • Retirement Income Sources:  IRAs, Social Security, and more
  • Retirement Plan Distributions:  Ways to manage and access funds.
  • Investments:  Including considerations, investment types and strategies
  • Risk Management and Asset Protection:  Exploring insurance options.
  • Estate Planning:  Wills, gifts, taxes, and other options.

What to Expect:

  • Comprehensive Education:  Over two sessions, examine personal finance concepts to see how they can work together to create a smart, individualized retirement plan.
  • Hands-On Learning:  A qualified instructor with real-world experience will help bring your learning to life.  Attendees say they enjoy the interactive format where you're free to ask questions and participate as you like.
  • Bring a Spouse or Guest Free:  Financial decisions aren't made in a vacuum.  That's why we invite you to bring a spouse, partner or guest along at no additional charge.
