The UAB O'Neal Cancer Center's Office of Community Outreach & Engagment hosts its 3rd annual Regional Wellness Day.

Join us for a day focused on health, prevention, and community connection. Regional Wellness Day brings together trusted partners, health professionals, and community members to increase awareness, provide access to services, and support healthier lifestyles across Alabama.

Attendees will have access to free or low-cost health screenings, cancer education resources, and opportunities to connect with local organizations that offer ongoing support. This event is designed to meet people where they are and provide practical tools to help individuals and families take charge of their health.
