UAB's Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion along with the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the University of Alabama and the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the University of Alabama in Huntsville will host renowned poet, educator, and author Dr. Nikki Giovanni, for the Women’s History Month Keynote Lecture, to discuss healing. The annual theme of the lecture is Providing Healing and Promoting Hope.
