The Foundations of Project Management course is a “LIVE Online” professional class that teaches best practices of Project Management. Participants will better understand Predictive, Agile, and Hybrid Methodologies; learn how to establish high performing teams; understand how to keep a team on track; acquire tools to help teams be more productive; and learn to keep the business environment in mind when implementing project management best practices.

UAB Collat School of Business is a Premier Authorized Training Partner with the Project Management Institute (PMI). Training with an Authorized Partner is the only way to ensure you are learning “PMI-developed” PMP® exam prep material and learning from a PMI-vetted instructor. The course totals 36 contact hours and meets the education requirement to sit for the CAPM and PMP exams.

Registration closes 7 days before the first class.
