Project Management Foundational Course

The Foundations of Project Management course is a “LIVE Online” professional class that teaches best practices of Project Management. Participants will better understand Predictive, Agile, and Hybrid Methodologies; learn how to establish high performing teams; understand how to keep a team on track; acquire tools to help teams be more productive; and learn to keep the business environment in mind when implementing project management best practices.

The course totals 36 contact hours and meets the education requirement to sit for the CAPM and PMP exams.
