Panel Discussion with Representatives from the School of Education’s ESDP Doctoral Program and Urban Teacher Enhancement Program Alumni.
Far too many students experience an array of challenges that impede not only their potential for high intellectual capacity, but also their attainment of social-emotional well-being. While all students encounter obstacles, some of the most vulnerable populations have culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, face gender or sexual orientation bias, and demonstrate behavioral differences. Join us as the panelists discuss the realities of school and their vision for 21st century educational processes that can have an affirming and productive outcome for all students.
