Mindfulness practice is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's going on around us. 

Faced with undergraduate performance demands, mock trial stressors, Law School Admissions Test anxiety, and the law school admissions process generally, mindfulness practice can be an essential tool for pre-law students. 

Join Dr. Kristine Hurst-Wajszczuk, for a guided meditation followed by a time for questions.
