In this in-person [MT419A] session, people managers review the campus-side of UAB's people-centered approach to managing performance along with tools, practices, and resources. Evaluation rating scenarios are provided to help leaders align ratings at the most appropriate level. A sample breakout opportunity is included at the end of the session.
