About this Event
This continuing education session is hosted by the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Maternal and Child Health Nutrition training program which is housed in the Division of Adolescent Medicine of the Department of Pediatrics at UAB. The purpose of this series is to improve the nutritional status of infants, children and adolescents by updating pediatric health professionals in the nutritional assessment and management of pediatric populations with nutrition challenges. The series is designed for dietitians, diet technicians, and other health care professionals who are interested in enhancing their pediatric nutrition knowledge and skills.
