Jemison Visiting Professorship in the Humanities presents The Peace Ethology Forum: Prosocial Learning for a Prosocial Species. This event is a public forum on behavior that inspires, enables, and sustains peace. Come hear from Dr. Benjamin Peters and Dr. Peter Verbeek, coeditors of Peace Ethology: Behavioral Processes and Systems of Peace; Dr. Douglas Fry, Chair of Anthropology and author of several books, including Beyond War and The Human Potential for Peace; artist and 9/11 survivor, John Labriola; Kacey Keith, UAB graduate and Community Engagement Division Administrator for the City of Birmingham; and current UAB graduate students.
