USGA's fall Parking Amnesty Day is back! A day of giving that marks the beginning of our Blazer holiday season, where items or time can be given in exchange for a reduction in UAB parking ticket charges. Below are the exchange rates for both items to be donated to Blazer Kitchen and time served to the greater Birmingham community.

Exchange rates:

• 1 can/item for Blazer Kitchen = $3 off a parking ticket for up to $30 off outstanding parking tickets
• 2-hour volunteering shift with UAB’s Serve 205 = $30 flat off a parking ticket

Sign ups for Serve 205 can be done through one's personal device or on Parking Amnesty Day with the help of a Serve 205 member. Service will take place in the following two weeks, and fees will be waived upon completion of both the service and the two-week period.

• BlazerPulse will be used to track the number of hours that students receive during the two-week period of service opportunities. 
• Students will have the chance to attend any event(s) that Serve205 hosts during the two-week period. 
• Service events are currently scheduled for November 8-12 and November 15-19.
