 s long-term success. The even will feature a 60 minute panel discussion wi
 th Q&A from the audience about all topics related to mentoring\, recruitin
 g\, conflict resolution\, and lab management. We have an invited panel of 
 experienced mentors\, educators and researchers: Susan Bellis\, Ph.D.\; Ca
 rlos Estrada\,M.D.\; David Pollock\, Ph.D.\; Adam Wende\, Ph.D.\; and Kari
 na Yoon\, Ph.D.\, who will offer their perspectives and address audience q
