Discover the ancient art of Okinawan Karate it this progressive class. This is a dynamic martial discipline rooted in tradition and self-defense. You'll develop physical prowess, mental focus, and self-confidence. All while mastering powerful strikes, blocks, and fluid movements.

Traditional Okinawan karate has a focus on character building. This is what separates it from other martial arts like MMA and kickboxing. The motto for this style of martial art is Friendship, Cooperation, and Learning. Developer, Sensei Iha, says "Friendship" comes first. He believes it's the single most important aspect of karate training. Helping one another out through the creation of strong, positive, emotional bonds. Routine practice establishes and builds humility, kindness, compassion, selflessness, and RESPECT.

In this program, you'll cultivate inner strength. And you'll embrace the heritage of Okinawa in an empowering and disciplined journey.
