This workshop is tailored for graduate students and new faculty to explore the eight major types of reviews and their distinct purposes. You’ll gain insights into the objectives of each review type and learn how to identify them, including:
- Traditional Narrative Reviews (Literature Reviews)
- Integrative Reviews
- Evidence Maps/Mapping Reviews
- Scoping Reviews
- Rapid Reviews (SRs & ScRs)
- Systematic Reviews (Intervention, Mixed-methods, or Qualitative)
- Meta-Analyses
- Umbrella Reviews
No prior knowledge is required. This session offers a straightforward overview to help you confidently explore the diverse world of research reviews.
