National Wear Purple Day

This is a past event.

Dress in purple to recognize victims of domestic violence and join EACC Counselors Karen Coats and Kourtney Young for a brief introduction of EACC services, information on domestic violence and how to get help when it’s needed.

In recognition of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October, the UAB Employee Assistance & Counseling Center is hosting free virtual events and participating in weekly social media challenges. Visit go.uab.edu/stopDV for challenge details and to explore domestic violence resources.

EACC virtual programs are free and open to employees and members of their immediate household.
