This training course includes:
- NASM essentials of personal fitness training textbook
- Chapter by chapter online modules
- Blueprint to studying for success
- NASM CPT Pre-Test, practice exam, and exam
- Weekend intensive workshop to cover it all
- Mentorship & practical learning with our exercise physiologist
You will have the opportunity to work for URec after your course completion as well!
This course is normally priced at $1,500, but due to our exclusive partnership with NASM, UAB students and UAB URec members have access to discounted pricing.
