Applicants for the Mr. & Ms. UAB Scholarship Competition should demonstrate a record of leadership and active participation in extracurricular activities and must be enrolled at UAB as an undergraduate student during the Spring and Fall terms following their selection in order to fulfill their obligation as Mr. or Ms. UAB. Mr. & Ms. UAB will each receive a $2,500 award; the first alternates will be awarded $1,000.

Requirements

• GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Part-time or full-time enrollment
• Undergraduate student
• Attend an orientation session
• Completed application
