Expect to explore theories and aspects of authentic movement, modern dance, contact improvisation, and dance/movement therapy. This class will help you develop understandings of interpersonal connection, trust, gratitude, and kinesthetic empathy. We will also dabble a bit in other art forms such as visual arts, rhythm work, and music. No previous dance experience required!
