Mindful Movement - Adults

Learn more about yourselves and others through movement! Creating a nurturing space together, we will use improvisation and different movement techniques to explore our emotions and our identities. Expect to explore theories and aspects of authentic movement, modern dance, contact improvisation, and dance/movement therapy. This class will help you develop understandings of interpersonal connection, trust, gratitude, and kinesthetic empathy. We will also dabble a bit in other art forms such as visual arts, rhythm work, and music. No previous dance experience required!
