Come see us to receive two goodies – one for you to keep, and one to give to a friend or stranger. We will also have some swag and handouts on self-care and self-compassion, along with a list of mental health resources on campus and in the local Birmingham area.
Valentine’s Day is supposed to be sunny and beautiful – take a mental health break from class, lab, or studying, take a stroll to Hill, and grab some goodies and resources.
