Presented by Angela Stowe. This presentation will provide a framework for understanding the mental health experiences of students during COVID-19. Faculty and staff will be provided with concrete strategies to support and respond to student mental health concerns during the pandemic and while UAB courses are online. Information about UAB resources including distance counseling, online self-help platforms, interactive mental health apps, and virtual events will be discussed.
