Presented by Angela Stowe. Join this workshop for UAB faculty and staff to gain awareness about mental health during times of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty and learn individual and organizational strategies to support student mental health and well-being.
Self-care and campus resources will be discussed, and participants will be provided with tools that they can use and implement in courses and other campus environments with students. This interactive workshop is presented by Angela Stowe, Director of Student Counseling Services.
Because of the nature of this presentation, a Zoom stream will not be available for this event. Join us at the CTL to participate in this workshop.
