Mental Health Matters: Responding to Students in Distress
Description: This introductory workshop will provide participants with basic information to better understand and support mental health for our students and our campus. Participants will learn to Recognize, Empathize, Ask, and Link. Participants will receive a 4x4" decal to display indicating to students you can support mental health at UAB.
Please Note: This workshop is designed for current UAB teaching faculty, instructor of records, academic advisors, and other student facing staff members. All graduate students and postdoctoral scholars are invited to attend any of the CTL LIFT series workshops.
