Mental Health Matters: Mental Health First Aid
Description: This full day workshop will equip you with essential skills to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges, crises, and substance use disorders. With an emphasis on empowering you to offer initial assistance and support, the course can enable you to make a significant difference in the lives of your students. Participants will complete approximately two hours of self-paced work online before joining the instructor-led portion of the course. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
