UAB employees, students and members of the community are invited to stop by and snap a picture with the 17-foot Inflatable Lungs, grab a free cup of coffee from Red Cat Coffee, win prizes on the Wheel of Wellness, and learn more about lung health and resources available for those looking to quit.
Love Your Lungs is held each November in recognition of Great American Smokeout, the American Cancer Society’s annual event encouraging tobacco users to make the third Thursday in November the day they start their journey toward a healthier, smoke-free life.
