About this Event
In this virtual [Zoom] session of the LinkedIn Learning Chats Series, you will identify the hidden ways your brain takes shortcuts that shape your daily decisions. It will also evaluate how directing your attention can shift your mindset and overall well-being.
What You'll Learn
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
1) Recognize moments when their attention shifts unconsciously.
2) Evaluate the personal impacts of unmanaged attention in daily life.
3) Practice redirecting attention back to an anchor when the mind wanders.
