AI using Google's Teachable Machine

This is a past event.

Training data is an essential part of the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence tools. Join Dorothy Ogdon, UAB Libraries Head of Emerging Technology and System Development, for an introduction to training data for artificial intelligence and machine learning using Google's Teachable Machine. Participants will test use a pre-trained model before training their own models to recognize people, objects, or sounds.

This is a bring-you-own-device (BYOD) workshop. Participants should plan to bring their own laptops with cameras and microphones to the workshop. Laptops may be borrowed from both UAB Libraries HUB service desks.
