 artment of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at UAB. He earned his
  medical degree from the UAB Heersink School of Medicine and completed his
  residency in anesthesiology at the University of Tennessee\, where he ser
 ved as Chief Resident. He also holds an MBA from Samford University's Broc
 k School of Business. He is a recognized leader in physician development a
 nd serves as a mentor and educator committed to advancing thoughtful\, inc
 lusive leadership in healthcare and beyond.
