The Institute for Human Rights is partnering with the Consortium of Higher Education Centers for Holocaust, Genocide and Human Rights Studies to host the 4th Biannual meeting. The main conference will feature Catherine Coleman Flowers, Founding Director of the Center for Rural Enterprise and Environmental Justice as the Keynote Speaker. She will be covering the topic of Human Rights, Environmental Justice, Race, Climate Change, and Rural Communities.
