Interprofessional Teams in Healthcare: Using Team Conflicts for Better Decision Making and Outcomes

Presented by IPL Fellows. The topic of this presentation is: "Using Team Conflicts for Better Decision-making and Outcomes" - This workshop will introduce participants to the components, levels, and sources of team conflict and guidelines for a successful resolution.

Registration is required for in-person CTL events. UAB faculty are always welcome to show up to in-person CTL events without registering, but we ask that if food is being served, you wait until all registered participants have gotten their food before serving yourself.
