Interprofessional Teams in Healthcare: Essentials for Educators-Teams and Teamwork

Presented for UAB faculty by Allison Shorten and Peter Bosworth. Attendees will be introduced to strategies that help students apply relationship-building values and the principles of interprofessional team dynamics to perform effectively in different team roles.

Registration is strongly encouraged for in-person attendance so that we can notify participants of any unexpected schedule changes and ensure that we have the correct amount of food if a meal is provided. UAB faculty are always welcome to show up to in-person CTL events without registering. However, if you do attend without registering, we ask that if food is being served, you wait until all pre-registered participants have gotten their food before serving yourself.
