The topic of this presentation is: "Reacting Proactively to Team Conflict" - This workshop will introduce participants to their preferred conflict management style and assist with identifying the appropriate style for varying team situations.
Registration is requested for in-person CTL events. UAB faculty members are always welcome to show up to CTL events without registering, but we ask that if food is being served at an in-person event, you wait until all pre-registered attendees have been served before serving yourself.
