 bout learning and working abroad.  BIO: Andreia Stechmann is the Assistant 
 Director of Employer Engagement for the UAB Collat School of Business Caree
 r Center. In her role\, she is responsible for managing and fostering relat
 ionships with employer partners and building partnerships with stakeholders
  at UAB and in the community. Prior to joining UAB\, Andreia had 8+ years o
 f experience in recruitment and business development. Andreia grew up in Li
 sbon\, Portugal until the age of 15. During her educational journey\, she s
 tudied abroad\, learned a 3rd language and continued to explore different c
 ultures through many travel experiences. International curiosity and connec
 tion has had a significant impact in her passion in connecting people and o
 pportunities\, in their personal lives and their career journeys.
