Participants will learn how consideration of 5 factors can increase the likelihood a message is received in the manner it was intended; thus decreasing “Noise” and waisted time at work that results from message misunderstanding.

- Case Scenario practice exercises allow participants to assess a situation and choose from among various options, the best medium for message delivery.
