Do you assist a leader in your job role or serve as a backup for a leader within your team or department? In Outlook, you can send emails on behalf of others if they have made you a delegate. This feature allows you to send emails that appear to come from the account owner. As a delegate, with the correct permissions, you can send and respond to messages on the person's behalf.
