Have you ever felt like a fraud? In this virtual [Zoom] session, participants will learn what imposter syndrome is, why it happens, and how to recognize the patterns that hold us back. Through guided discussion, practical strategies, and peer activities, we’ll explore how to challenge limiting beliefs, reframe self-talk, and embrace our value and strengths with confidence. This workshop is especially helpful for individuals navigating new roles, high expectations, or underrepresentation in their fields.
