IG Live: Our Mental Health Matters - Graduate Student Edition

Join graduate students, Grace Albright and Tiffiny Jackson, as they discuss the overall mental health aspects that they have encountered while in graduate school. Guest interviewer, Xavian Tate, will facilitate as they share tips and real-life experiences of how they balance our mental health work/school life as graduate students.

This IG Live program is a part of their service-learning project for HB 711/GRD 703: Mental Health Promotion for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows. The purpose of the course project is to provide support and affirmation to graduate students during the week of November 29. Check out some of our other events, including the tabling at The Graduate School on Thursday, Dec 2 for some giveaways.
