Grief at the Holidays

This is a past event.

The holidays can be challenging even in the best of times, and grief and loss are difficult any time of year. Grieving during the holidays can feel especially overwhelming. Join EACC Counselor and Life Coach Alesia Adams, LPC, BCC, CEAP, BC-TMH, for a presentation on understanding the grief process and creating a self-care plan for surviving grief during the holidays.

EACC virtual programs are free and open to UAB employees and members of their immediate household.
