About this Event
The Medical/Clinical Psychology Diversity Committee at UAB is pleased to offer a graduate application development workshop for individuals from under-represented/disadvantaged backgrounds. This two-day workshop will cover the key aspects of planning and preparing to apply to graduate school, in addition to developing a competitive application for psychology doctoral programs. The goal of this workshop is to increase acceptance to psychology doctoral programs for individuals from underrepresented segments of society.
- Day 1: Types of graduate programs, how to prepare before applying & faculty panel Q&A.
- Day 2: Application components & informal Q&A with current UAB Medical/Clinical Psychology graduate students.
