Golf Lessons and Life Lessons

This is a past event.

Dennis Walters, golfer and disability rights advocate, will speak on his personal history with the game of golf and disability and his work with youth education. Walters is one of eleven honorary lifetime members of the PGA and is the only World of Golf Hall of Fame member that is paralyzed below the waist. 

This event is co-sponsored by the Institute for Human Rights, the College of Arts & Science and the Lakeshore Foundation.
