About this Event
The Division of Gerontology, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care Grand Rounds is a noon conference series that includes talks on Clinical, Inter-professional, and Educational topics related to the treatment of Geriatric Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine patient populations. The goal of these conferences is to provide skills to enhance healthcare providers' practice and teaching skills and to increase knowledge about medication complexity, multimorbidity and communication skills in order to improved knowledge and competence in serving older adults and patients with advanced or life-threatening illness.
