About this Event
Join EACC Yoga Instructor Ashley Clarke for a lighthearted celebration of all things Star Wars. We will tune into your inner Jedi and reflect on the wisdom of Yoda. Moving through supported postures and using our Darth Vader breath, we will silence your inner Storm Trooper and restore balance to the entire galaxy.
No yoga or Star Wars experience necessary to enjoy this class. For safety reasons, please use a nonrolling chair.
EACC programs are free and open to employees and members of their immediate household.
