About this Event
Join UAB EACC yoga instructor Ashley Clarke for a gentle chair yoga class designed to mark the changing of the season. Participants will focus on stillness (meditation) and balance postures, as well as incorporate breathing techniques that can keep you energized as the daylight diminishes.
No yoga experience is necessary. Please use a chair without wheels for safety.
EACC programs are free and open to employees and members of their immediate household.
