Dr. Dayna Watson, Assistant Professor of Human Studies, will join us to share strategies we can use in our lives to lessen stress and explain why these work.

Following this webinar, you learn how to understand the signs, symptoms and impact of chronic stress. Additionally, Dr. Watson will provide tips on what we can do when our stress feels unmanageable as we figure out ways to tackle the thoughts and behaviors and may increase our stress.
