https://www.facebook.com/sigmaxiuabRivers have a head and a mouth, but they don't have a voice to speak for themselves. They rely on people like you... and advocacy groups like Waterkeepers who use the power of data collection, legal action, and education to improve water quality and the quality of life for both people and wildlife in Alabama. Join Chad Hoffman, Program Director & Staff Riverkeeper at Coosa Riverkeeper to learn about the issues that impact the Coosa River and how they impact public health. Coosa Riverkeeper's mission is to protect, restore, and promote the Coosa River and its tributaries in Alabama. The organization investigates pollution issues, educates the public, and advocates for the river.
