The Heersink School of Medicine Office for Diversity and Inclusion AMWA chapter is hosting Dr. Paula Ferrada for an educational session on strategies to help attendees get what they deserve. At the end of this activity, learners will be able to reflect on personal motivational drivers, identify their leadership style and adapt it to meet specific challenges, and discuss the importance of self-management on leadership development.
