Visit with various campus partners during the Blazer Mixer and chat with representatives from UAB’s colleges and schools, as well as other departments and services on campus. Enjoy delicious food at various food trucks, play some yard games and more! Participate in Recstravaganza and take part in full-size Mario Kart Racing, Dance/Fitness Demos, Climbing Competition, and the traditional Rubby Ducky Race held in URec’s lazy river component of the pool
Registration for Family Weekend is required, but UAB students and children under the age of three are free. Your registration fee includes:
- UAB Family Weekend T-shirt
- Ticket to the UAB vs Army football game
- Stadium bag (meetings all NCAA regulations for entry)
- Free catered tailgate in Blazer Village
- And much more!
Additional registration information:
- Early bird registration rate of $55 is valid through September 2.
- Registration fee increases to $65 on September 3.
- Family Weekend registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after Friday, September 13.
- Final day for online registration is Sunday, September 29.
