Join us to learn about healthy recipes and the importance of your nutrition. We are also bringing back our “Wheel of Wellness.” You'll also have the chance to win awesome prizes! We want you to transition from a hectic to a healthy lifestyle.
Don’t forget, to earn yourself a free month of UAB URec membership and My Health Rewards points, you will need to come to the UAB Campus Recreation Center at least on 2 of 5 different Thursdays in June.
